Connect from Off Campus

Before you will be allowed access to the databases for free, you must prove you are an eligible user. In general, eligible users include all LCCC/UP students, faculty and staff who meet the following criteria:

You must be a currently registered patron at the LCCC Library.
You do not have any unpaid fines or overdue material.

When you try to access a database from off-campus, you must provide the following information:

Select "Lorain County Community College" on the OhioLINK Institution Selection Form.
Enter your name as directed on the screen. Enter the 14 digit number appearing above the barcode on your library/ID card.

If you are returned to the authentication page or cannot gain access, please consult the Troubleshooting Guide or Contact Us.
