Teach Act:  The Technology, Education, and Copyright Harmonization Act (TEACH Act) is now law. TEACH updates copyright law pertaining to transmissions of performances and displays of copyrighted materials. Such transmissions are critical to current higher education distance education efforts, including online courses.
