The LCCC Library is on the move...

The LCCC Library will be moving into the new Library/Community Resource Center building beginning August 7, 2008.  Physical on-site library services will be temporarily suspended from Friday, August 8, 2008 through Sunday, August 17, 2008.

Library staff will be unable to make IDs during August 8, 2008 through August 17, 2008.

• The Academic Support Center (Tutoring Center) will remain in the old library. Tutoring will begin on August 18th.

LCCC Library collection is available.
Your request will be taken by phone by calling the Circulation Desk at 440-366-4026.  The turnaround time for your request will be 24 hours; additional information regarding pickup of the material will be provided.

Distance Learners:

Interlibrary Loan services:
ILL requests will be available for books or articles not available at LCCC at http://www.lorainccc.edu/Library/Library+Services/InterLibrary+Loan/.  For questions please contact Alan Baker at 440-366-7336 or abaker@lorainccc.edu

Returning library materials:  Return books to the bookdrop located outside the present Learning Resources Center.  The bookdrop will be checked daily.  Library users will not accrue fine from August 7, 2008 through August 17, 2008 when library materials have been returned.

Computer Lab information:
The University Partnership Computer Lab will be open for students and community users from August 4, 2008 through August 15, 2008.  Hours:  Monday through Friday:  8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays the lab is closed.

All LCCC computer labs will reopen Monday, August 18, 2008.
