LCCC Theatre Department announces auditions for our Spring production

AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE

• Monday, January 23, 2012 from 6:30-9:30 PM
• Stocker Arts Center Studio Theatre

Production Dates: April 12 - 14, 2012

We are seeking 10 men and 2 women for the following speaking roles:

• Morten Kiil - male, 60-70 years of age
• Billing - male, 20-30 years of age
• Catherine Stockmann - female, 40s
• Peter Stockmann - male, 50-60 years of age
• Hovstad - male, 30-40 years of age
  Dr. Thomas Stockmann - male, 40s
• Morten - male, 13-18
• Eljif - male, 13-18
• Captain Horster - male, 30-50 years of age
• Petra Stockmann - female, 20s
• Aslaksen - male, 30-40 years of age OR 60-70 years of age
• The Drunk - male, 40-50 years of age

We are also seeking a group of players for the Second Act consisting of men and women of all ages, some of whom will have a few lines.

Anyone wishing to audition is asked to prepare a short, one minute or less, contemporary dramatic monologue from a modern play written sometime in the 20th or 21st century. Everyone is also asked to be prepared to read from the script and perform potential scenes from the play for both auditions and callbacks.
