  • IN PERSON: The Box Office is open from 12 noon to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and 90 minutes prior to most ticketed events (60 minutes prior to Student Matinee events). There is no handling charge added when you purchase tickets in person.

  • BY PHONE: Call the Box Office at (440) 366-4040 or (800) 995-5222 ext. 4040 and pay for your tickets with a credit card (American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa). You will need a photo ID to pick up your tickets if they are being held at the Box Office.

  • ONLINE: Starting Tuesday, July 19, 2011, you may purchase single tickets for non-Performing Artists series events from our secure ticketing service - just click on the "buy Stocker event tickets” icon on the right hand side of the page. PAS single tickets go on sale as of Monday, August 22, 2011. FYI: As of approximately 2 hours before events tickets are no longer available for purchase online, though there may still be tickets available for the event. Please check with the Box Office to see if there are tickets available for sale at the door.

  • BY MAIL: Mail your order to Stocker Arts Center, c/o LCCC, 1005 North Abbe Road, Elyria, OH 44035, along with a check or money order made payable to Lorain County Community College or your credit card number with expiration date, the 3 digit verification security code on the back of your Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa, OR the 4 digit verification security code on the front of your American Express, and your signature under the card number. Any mail orders received within 5 days of the performance will be held at the Box Office for pick-up with your photo ID.

  • BY FAX: Fax your order 24 hours a day to the Box Office fax – (440) 366-4761 – including your credit card number with expiration date, the 3 or 4-digit security code on your card and your signature under the card number. You will need a photo I.D. to pick up your tickets if they are being held at the Stocker Center Box Office.

Handling Charges apply for all ticket purchases except those made in person at the Stocker Arts Center Box Office.

Please be aware that all ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or retroactive discounts are not possible.

PLEASE NOTE – REGARDING INFANTS AND BABIES AND INFANT/BABY CARRIERS: Fire safety regulations require that all theatre patrons, including infants and babies, be counted in capacity; therefore children of all ages must have tickets for all ticketed theatre events. There are no special ticket prices for babies or infants. If there is not a "child" ticket price for a particular event, infants and babies tickets will be charged at the Student rate. Infant/baby carriers are permitted in the theatre, provided that the carriers remain in the assigned theatre seat at all times. No carriers, strollers, or other obstructions are permitted in the aisles. Obstructions of any sort are not permitted to remain in the theatre for the safety of all of our patrons.
