Welcome to LCCC!
The Office of Student Life and Student Senate invite all students to join us for Fall Welcome Week in the College Center Building.

Welcome Week introduces you to campus life at LCCC. You can explore student clubs and organizations, learn about the resources available on and off campus, meet new students, and get involved by participating in special events and activities.

  • Welcome Week
    • Dance Off and Line Dancing
      • Monday, August 25 in College Commons from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m
    • Scavenger Hunt 
      • Tuesday, August 26 in College Commons
      • Students to participate in a scavenger hunt to win valuable prizes throughout the day in College Commons
    • Caricature Artist
      • Ariel Echevarria will do free caricature drawings for students and staff from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, August 26 in College Center.
    • Glitter Tattoo Artist
      • CJ's Face and Body Art will give free glitter tattoos to students and staff from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 27 in College Commons.
    • Karaoke
      • Wednesday, August 27 in College Commons from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
      • LifeShare will be holding a blood drive on Tuesday, August 26 and Wednesday, August 27 in the PE Building
      • Join the LCCC campus for a free picnic from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 29 in the CC Courtyard.
      • Volleyball, Corn hole and other games/activities will be provided,
      • Musical entertainment by Duck Radio.
      • During Welcome Week, August 25-29, take pictures showing your LCCC spirit and post to Social Media; Facebook,  Twitter, Instagram.  Students wearing LCCC apparel will be given a ticket to participate in a drawin
    • Candy Bar Sale 
      • Student Senate will sell Suzin L. Candy bars during Welcome Week, August 25-29, at their info table in College Center. The candy bars are $1 each.   
  • LCCC Student Night at the Crushers

Hours of Operation

Beginning Tuesday, September 2, LCCC's Enrollment and Financial Services offices will return to normal business hours: Monday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. See the complete list of office hours at www.lorainccc.edu/hours

It's not too late to register for Fall classes

Short-term fall semester classes begin September 29 and later.

MyTuition Guarantee

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014 and spring 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.

LCCC and the JVS have launched Lorain County WIN (Workforce Innovation Network), a new partnership providing workforce training to Lorain County. Learn more at www.loraincountywins.com.
