Tuition Payment Options

Your payment of fees is based on a fee structure and schedule, with rates dependant on where you reside.  Categories of residency are:

• Lorain County Resident
• Out-of-County Resident
• Out-of-State and/or International Resident

Special Fees
Where laboratory, special facilities or services are required to accommodate instructional needs, a special fee may be assessed.  These fees are listed in the Class Schedule Listings.

Senior Citizen Waivers
Tuition-free waivers for qualifying older adults are processed on a space-available, first-come, first-served basis.  Call the Connections Center at 440-366-4032 for additional information.

Payment of Fees
Accepted methods of payment are personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Payment of fees may be made several ways:

• Via the Internet (credit card only) by visiting www.lorainccc.edu/webreg and logging into your account.  See Online Tuition Payment for instructions.
• By phone, by calling the Bursar's office at 440-366-4045.
• In person at the Financial Services Center, located on the first floor of the College Center building.

Payment Plans
Students may be eligible for the LCCC Interest-Free Tuition Installment Plan, which allows students to postpone payment of certain fees for a limited time.  To qualify, a student must have no past debt due to the college and must be enrolled in an academic program.  Fees covered by the plan include credit hour fees, general fees, laboratory fees and special fees associated with course instruction for credit courses only.  The plan does not cover book costs.  There is a $15 application fee for the Installment Payment Plan.
