Veteran's Salute

LCCC Familyfest

Lorain County Community College and Vietnam Veteran, LCCC Professor Bruce Weigl will salute Lorain County Community College service men and women at the 16th annual LCCC FamilyFest on Saturday, October 17 at the LCCC campus. 

We invite current LCCC and UP students who are military veterans, along with their families, to join us for the recognition ceremony, which will be part of the day’s activities.

The “Veteran’s Salute” will take place on stage in the Courtyard at noon.  Please check in by 11:30 a.m. at the LCCC Scholar Salute Booth, which will be located on the first floor of the Business Building. It is our hope that you and your family will join us in this celebration.

Or call Debbie Turner at 366-7599.  We will then reserve three food voucher tickets in your name and will honor you at the "Veteran's Salute." Your complimentary tickets will be held for you at the LCCC Scholar Salute Booth to be picked up when you check in.
