Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching will help you to:
LCCC personal trainers research each client's needs and assemble a tailor-made workout program specific to each client. Our certified and degreed personal trainers will monitor the progress of each individual as they participate in their safe and effective exercise plan.
The personal training staff is an excellent resource to help meet clients' fitness goals. All the trainers have degrees in related areas and are certified by national certifying agencies. These agencies include the American Council on Exercise (ACE), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
Each trainer has a unique background of experiences to share. A few of these include yoga, Pilates, post rehabilitation training, aquatics training, and enhancement of speed, power and strength in athletes.
Meet our Personal Training Staff
The LCCC trainers design specific programs for a variety of individuals including adults, those with special needs and professional athletes. Specific goals of weight loss, increased stamina, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, energy, goal setting and motivation are all a part of the individual program design.
Remember exercise and a healthy lifestyle are a process and a personal trainer can assist a person making that first step, as well as adding variety, motivation and personal attention to an individual wellness plan.
(In some cases, a physician's approval may be required to begin a program.)

Personal Training Packages
A package of four one-hour personal training sessions includes:
two workout sessions
Additional packages are available, as well as nutrition coaching in the D.I.E.T. (Develop Intelligent Eating and Exercise Techniques) program.
