HPER Informal Recreation Policies and Hours for Fieldhouse/Track Usage.

All LCCC or University Partnership students enrolled in current term credit courses have access to the facilities with a current LCCC or UP photo ID.

All LCCC and UP employees currently employed and their dependents* have access to the facilities with a current LCCC or University Partnership college ID.**  Employees may have access during “break hours” if accompanied by an “LCCC buddy.”

Community users are those not currently enrolled in any LCCC or University Partnership credit courses.  Community Users may have access to the HPER rec facilities by completing the following process:

• Enroll in the noncredit course Informal Recreation, NPER 189.
• If *qualified, enroll in NPER 189 Alumni section (*over 45 quarter credit hours or 30 semester hours) for a lesser fee.
• After enrollment present a paid schedule at the library for an LCCC  student ID.  Community User/Library card is not valid for HPER access
• May be purchased in 5, 10 or 20 week durations.

FREE opportunity for all Ohio Buckeye Card holders and registered LCCC/UP Alumni to use ONLY the track for FREE. Must show both a picture ID and Buckeye Card/Alumni Card on each visit.

*Youth Participation

Ages 14 and older have access to Track and Fieldhouse by:

• registering in a credit class OR . . .
• enrolling in NPER 189 AND . . .
• under 18 parent or guardian must complete the waiver form

Ages 10-13 have access to Track and Fieldhouse by

registering in a college youth class (i.e. College for Kids) OR . . .

• participating with a qualified rental group OR . . .
• enrolling in NPER 189 AND . . .
• under 18 parent or guardian must complete the waiver form
• must be accompanied & actively supervised by parent or guardian who is:
  • registered in a credit class OR . . .
  • enrolled in NPER 189, NPER 150 or NPER 151

  Ages 9 years and under are NOT permitted in any of the HPER facilities or hallways unless enrolled in a youth class (i.e. College for Kids) or participating with a qualified rental group.

*This includes youth of LCCC Employees.
**Dependents/Spouses of student workers not included

An LCCC College ID must be presented at each visit to access any facilities in the HPER area regardless of an individual's regularity in using the facilities.
