GLOLMCGreat Lakes Organized Labor Management Council is a non-profit organization that is located on Lorain County Community College's Campus.

Mission
The Great Lakes Organized Labor Management Council promotes labor/management relations and provides a forum to initiate educational activities to enhance constructive working relationships.

Objectives

  • Serve as a neutral resource to facilitate the labor/management process.
  • Furnish resources for education and training in cooperative processes.
  • Provide a positive communication forum for labor and management to explore opportunities of economic development, job retention, and growth.
  • Create educational initiatives to address the evolving labor/management relations.
  • Develop regional awareness of the positive aspects of labor/management relations.
