LCCC Flips for United Way 2010

LCCC Flips for United Way 2010

Lorain County Community College enjoys a very long and supportive relationship with the United Way in Lorain County.

The LCCC Flips for the United Way Pancake Kickoff once again marked our continued college  commitment. The goal for LCCC is to have 100% participation in giving from LCCC faculty and staff to the United Way campaign. The total commitment would result in $30,000 in support to the United Way of Lorain County.

LCCC faculty and staff flipped pancakes, served breakfast, and educated the student body on what the United Way means to Lorain County during the kickoff celebration held in the College Center Mall. The United Way works with 26 health and human service organizations, serving thousands each year – including our own students.

The LCCC Flips for the United Way Campaign is in its sixth year and has raised over $125,000.

If you have questions about the “Giving Campaign” process or would like to contribute, please contact Angela Traster at atraster@lorainccc.edu
