Lizz Rock

Lizz Rock

Lorain County Community College student Elizabeth Rock wants to be a personal trainer one day.  “It is important for every person in their daily life to stay active,” said the 20-year-old.  “It (fitness) makes a huge difference in people’s lives and I want to have an impact on people.”

Rock’s commitment to personal fitness is World Class, literally. Rock competed in the World Tough Mudder in late November and finished 18th in the World. What is the World Tough Mudder and how did an LCCC fitness student qualify?  Click on the video box and experience Elizabeth Rock’s inspiring journey.
