Personal Training Packages

NHLH 107 DE01 ($145): This package offers four, one-hour personal training sessions including an orientation, fitness assessment, and two workouts.

NHLH 107 DE02 ($175): This package offers five, one-hour personal training sessions.

NHLH 107 DE03 ($175): This package offers four, one-hour personal training sessions plus one BOD POD body composition evaluation or nutrtion counseling session.

NHLH 107 DE04 ($315): This package offers 10, one-hour personal training sessions for the price of nine. BOD POD body composition evaluations or nutrition counseling sessions may be used as a personal training session. 

NHLH 107 DE05 ($420): This package offers 15, one-hour personal training sessions for the price of 12. BOD POD body composition evaluations or nutrition counseling sessions may be used as a personal training session.

NHLH 107 DE06 ($525): This package offers 20, one-hour personal training sessions for the price of 15. BOD POD body composition evaluations or nutrition counseling sessions may be used as a personal training session.

LCCC to Undergo Quality Review

Lorain County Community College is seeking comments from the public about the College in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency.

The College will host a visit March 21-23, 2016, with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).  The team will review the institution's ongoing ability to meet HLC’s Criteria for Accreditation.
