Short Term Technical Certificate - Curriculum Code 5075

The LCCC Police Academy Short Term Technical Certificate recognizes the student who has completed a core group of Police Science Major courses. Ths collection of courses will provide the student with specialized knowledge and skills to be prepared for entry-level employment in a variety of law enforcement positions. Lorain County Community College has articulation agreements with colleges and universities including programs offered by Lorain County Community College's University Partnership.

LCCC to Undergo Quality Review

Lorain County Community College is seeking comments from the public about the College in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency.

The College will host a visit March 21-23, 2016, with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).  The team will review the institution's ongoing ability to meet HLC’s Criteria for Accreditation.
