One Year Technical Certificate - Curriculum Code 4108

This is a course of study that focuses on Two Dimensional studio art. This prepares students for further study in the fine arts. Drawing I, Two Dimensional Design, Painting I, Printmaking are all part of the Fine Arts Transfer Agreement. The rest of the studio courses are transferable to other institutions dependent on portfolio review at the receiving institution. This is also an appropriate course of study for students who already have a degree and are pursuing the arts for personal development and interest. Lorain County Community College has articulation agreements with colleges and universities including programs offered by Lorain County Community College's University Partnership.
