Transcript Request Information


Transient (Visiting) Students

Earn credit at LCCC this summer that transfers back to your college or university.

Transient Student Permission Form

Form to be completed by a transient student’s home institution that verifies that coursework taken at LCCC will transfer to their home institution.

Form for transient students to verify that courses taken at LCCC will transfer to their college or university.  This form is needed if the Transient Student Permission Form (above) is not completed.

The Fresh Start Academic Forgiveness Policy/Process is a one-time opportunity intended to help LCCC students return to good academic standing after an extended absence and demonstrates the ability to do well academically.

Forgiveness of Grades Petition

Lorain County Community College recognizes that students may not be able to overcome previously earned poor grades in order to meet new career and educational goals and/or to meet graduation requirements.  Academic Forgiveness may be granted one time only at the discretion of the Committee on Scholastic Standing.
