2022 Lorain County Community College Cross Country Team Golf Outing

June 6, 2022 – – The Lorain County Community College cross country team will hold a golf outing on July 9, 2022 at Bob-O-Link Golf Course to benefit the school’s long distance running squad.  The cross country team, under the leadership of Jim Powers who will enter his 15th year as head coach, has had continual success over the years with seven top 10 finishes in the NJCAA DIII Cross Country National Championships.  The men’s squad took home the 2021 NJCAA Region XII Championship (their 8th title under Powers) while the women finished in second.

Cost to play in the outing is $90 which includes the round of golf, cart, lunch, dinner, and beverages.  There will be prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin.  Individuals wishing to just have dinner can do so for $30.

12:00 p.m. – Check in, lunch

1:00 p.m. – Shotgun Start

5:30 p.m. – Dinner, Raffle, Awards
