Student-Athletes Earn LCCC Academic Awards for Fall 2020
January 27, 2021 – Despite the complications that a distance-learning semester can bring, Lorain County Community College student-athletes excelled! Thirty-three student-athletes received recognition from the LCCC Athletic Department for their academic achievements during the fall 2020 semester. Seventeen students were on the High Honor Roll (with a GPA of 3.5 or higher) and sixteen students received a GPA of 3.0-3.49, securing their spot on the Honor Roll. Sarah Kozik (Women’s Basketball) and Danielle Roginsky (Softball) both received 4.0 GPAs. Volleyball had ten students recognized from the college (six on High Honor Roll and four on the Honor Roll).
Our student-athletes have done remarkably well despite the challenging circumstances this year. With most classes being online, and the majority of LCCC sports being suspended, they still had a very successful semester. Congratulations to our student-athletes listed below.
