Paid Internships for College Students

Discover what it is like to work in a position that corresponds to your major.  Employers contact LCCC’s Career Services to attract and hire students for internship opportunities year round. This is a great chance to gain hands-on skills and experiences, glimpse company cultures, learn what it takes to succeed and GET PAID. A large percentage of internships translates into full-time employment offers!  Learn more about eligibility, interviewing and earning college credit through Career Services. You can find internships through the following resources:

Student Employment

For enrolled students there are two types of campus employment opportunities, Federal Work Study (FWS) and Institutional. FWS requires a FAFSA and is based upon financial aid need; you can earn up to the amount of your financial aid award. Institutional is based upon the hiring needs and availability of funds through our academic departments, and administrative offices.

Unemployment/Underemployed

LCCC Career Services provides free job search resources for people who are unemployed or underemployed. You don’t have to be an enrolled student to take advantage of our services. We offer the most contemporary guidance and instruction through group workshops, bi-monthly networking meetings or one-on-one appointments.
