Application for Tuition Reimbursement Program

High School Site College Adjunct Instructors

Please complete the application for the Tuition Reimbursement Program below. Funding, which is provided by the LCCC Foundation, will be considered for high school teachers who wish to become fully qualified Lorain County Community College adjunct instructors, as per the standards of the Higher Learning Commission and Ohio Department of Higher Education.

Lorain County Community College is eager to work with our partner school districts to strengthen the MyUniversity Guarantee and College Credit Plus program that provide opportunities for area high school students to earn college credits while in high school.

The Tuition Reimbursement Program will be considered for high school instructors who wish to become fully qualified LCCC adjunct instructors, as per the standards of the Higher Learning Commission and the Ohio Department of Higher Education.

To access these funds, please follow the process below:

  1. Complete the form below to apply.
  2. Once approved, high school teachers will receive confirmation from the LCCC academic dean that courses will qualify toward teaching the specified LCCC college courses.
  3. Upon completion of course(s) a transcript verifying successful course as well as proof of payment for the course(s) should be forwarded to Cindy Kushner who will confirm receipt and share this information with the appropriate academic dean.
  4. Funds will then be issued directly to the high school teacher.
