Sage and Seed is a unique dining experience on the LCCC campus. Last semester, menu selections included grilled pork chop, braised short rib, tournedos of filet mignon, roast chicken breast, pan roasted duck, seared scallops, grilled salmon and a great burger. Appetizers and desserts allow you to make it a complete gourmet experience at a reasonable cost. The new menu for fall semester is coming soon. The meals are prepared and service rendered all under the watchful eye of LCCC Culinary Arts Chef Adam Schmith.
Sage and Seed restaurant is a capstone educational experience for LCCC Culinary Arts students. It provides an opportunity to refine their classroom culinary training as they learn the skills necessary to operate in a commercial kitchen through live food preparation and waiting of tables in the on-campus restaurant.
