Sage & Seed will be open to the public from Tuesday, Jan. 30 through Wednesday, May 2, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5-7:30 p.m. (Closed during Spring Break March 13-14)

Sage and Seed Menu

Sage and Seed is a unique dining experience on the LCCC campus. Menu selections include Roast Chicken, Confit Chicken Thigh “Jambalaya,” Pan Roasted Duck Breast, Braised Lamb Shank, Faroe Island Salmon and more. Appetizers and desserts allow you to make it a complete gourmet experience at a reasonable cost. The locally sourced meals are prepared and service rendered all under the watchful eye of LCCC Culinary Arts Chef Adam Schmith.

Sage and Seed restaurant is a capstone educational experience for LCCC Culinary Arts students. It provides an opportunity to refine their classroom culinary training as they learn the skills necessary to operate in a commercial kitchen through live food preparation and waiting of tables in the on-campus restaurant.
