Are you looking for something fun to do around town? Do you love to cook, or just want to improve your skills in the kitchen? We have just what you’re looking for at our Culinary Arts Institute. Join our award-winning chefs in our sparkling new culinary facilities to learn how to create beautiful and tasty dishes, choose the right wine or bake holiday sweet treats sure to thrill and impress your friends and family. Most classes are one session and perfect for an evening or afternoon with friends.

Ingredients and supplies for all classes are perishable and must be ordered in advance. To ensure we have everything we need and to minimize waste, we ask that all class participants kindly register and pay prior to the start of class.

    Join our culinary chefs for an evening of southern Creole cuisine as you prepare traditional recipes like gumbo, jambalaya, fried oysters, alligator bites, blackened redfish, bourbon chicken, beans and rice, collard greens and beignets. A cash bar will be available.
