A cooking experience for aspiring young chefs ages 11-16

Cooking classes are great for teens! They can learn about different ingredients, try out new foods, play with basic cooking techniques and kitchen gadgets, and learn fun recipes they can try out at home. Teen classes are for ages 11-16.

Ingredients and supplies for all classes are perishable and must be ordered in advance. To ensure we have everything we need and to minimize waste, we ask that all class participants kindly register and pay prior to the start of class.

    Land and sea meet in this southern adventure of buttermilk-battered goodness. We'll make chicken and waffles, river catfish, braised greens, beans, cornbread and more.

    12-2 p.m.
    Fall vegetables are center stage as we explore recipes and grains. We'll prepare whole artichokes, Brussel sprouts, eggplants, squash, root vegetables and more.

    A step up from the ground beef taco - pork, marinated beef, seafood, chicken and lamb will have your taste buds craving these creative concoctions.

    It’s all about the noodle in this workshop! From pastas to soups and salads, noodle dishes from all over the world will be shared and prepared in traditional and creative recipes.
