ServSafe Certification

The ServSafe program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. The Culinary Arts Institute delivers certification Level 1 and Level 2 – National Manager ServSafe & Sanitation Training. 

American Culinary Federation

Student and Professional Competitions

Students and local professionals have the opportunity to train in our kitchens for national competitions that come to our facility in January each year.  Our chefs provide insight, technical support and organizational training.  Certification levels for students and professionals who want to gain higher standings in the industry are also available through the ACF.
