The Short-Term Maintenance Technician Certificate program will train you to become a maintenance technician for automated equipment such as robots and computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. This certificate offers the broad-based skills and hands-on experience needed to start a career in maintaining these high technology systems. Employment opportunities include field service representative, factory service representative, maintenance technician, automation repair technician, robotics technician, or maintenance supervisor.

This credits earned in this program can be applied toward an Associate of Applied Science in Automation Engineering Technologies with a major in Systems Specialist or Maintenance/Repair.
