Follow the instructions below based on the operating system for your computer or laptop.
Windows XP, Vista, or OS 10.8 or older
If you use a personal (not college-owned) computer or laptop with Windows XP, Vista or 10.8 or older to access college resources using VPN, your VPN connection will no longer work. These operating systems are no longer supported.
If you have a college-owned laptop with Windows XP, Vista or OS 10.8 or older, you will be contacted by the Help Desk to make arrangements to update your system. Please contact the Help Desk if you have not yet made arrangements.
Windows 7 and OS 10.9 or Higher

These instructions are applicable for both personal and LCCC-owned devices.
