CoEd B (Competitive) morning

Girls Junior (12/13, 14/15)
Play on Friday evening Dec. 8th
Teams must supply one adult official-parent/guardian must sign waiver in advance of tournament

 

STARTING TIMES:

(subject to change)       

Friday: Check in at 5:00 p.m. – Games start at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday A Tournament – Check in at 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 pm start

Saturday B Morning – Check in at 8:30 am – 9:00 am start

Saturday B Afternoon – Check in at 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm start

Sunday: Check in at 8:30 – games begin at 9:00 a.m.

 

REGISTRATION

A team roster and $20.00 registration fee must be turned in to the LCCC HPER office by Tuesday, December 5th, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Your team will not be registered unless fee is attached. Please indicate on the roster in which division you would like to play.

A” Division players may only play in “A” Division

“C” Division teams may have one male and one female “B” player on the roster

 

ENTRY FEE

$20 TEAM FEE AND one new toy equal to a $10.00 per player. Players will check in and sign waivers when toy is turned in on the day of the tournament.

Toys are donated to United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys  For Tots program. Every effort is made to keep the toys in Lorain County! Entry fee helps cover cost of tournament, any additional funds are donated to USMC Reserve

 

SCHEDULE

Schedules will be posted in the LCCC PE building and also on line at http://www.lorainccc.edu  Go to the Health, Physical Education division page and click on the appropriate box.

 

AWARDS

T shirts will be given to the first place team in each division

 

Rules

  • Current USAV rules apply-teams consist of six players (at least two women on the court at all times)
  • Matches during pool play will consist of two games played to 25 points straight.
  • Playoffs consist of best 2/3 games to 25 points, win by two, no cap, top 2 teams off each net

    Please read the waiver below and enter the name of the parent/guardian of the player (if under age 18). After submitting the form, a printable copy will open on your computer. Bring the signed, printable copy with you to the event with your payment. Sorry, cash payment cannot be accepted.

    In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I, for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, release the LCCC HPER Division & their representatives from any & all claims and rights of action of any kind for personal injury, property damage or other loss which I may incur as a result of my participation in the Toys for Tots Volleyball Tournament. In the event that the participant named herein is a minor, the person signing does hereby certify that he or she is the parent or legal custodian of said minor & signs this Waiver on behalf of said minor.
