Fitness Memberships
All members must present an LCCC ID or Fitness ID and complete a waiver. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver form for all individuals under the age of 18.
Free Memberships
Students
- Any LCCC or University Partnership student enrolled in at least one credit hour, including Early College, College Credit Plus, and TEE
- Tech Prep (application on file)
Faculty/Staff/Retirees
- All LCCC and University Partnership employees/retirees
- Part-time included, no minimum work hours required
Spouses/Dependents of LCCC Employees
- LCCC ID numbers are processed within two to five business days (if you have taken a credit or non-credit class at LCCC, call Records at 440-366-4067 to ask for your LCCC ID number)
- Age 13+ can access all facilities without a parent or guardian
- Ages 6 to 12 can use the Field House with active adult supervision
- Ages 10 to 12 can use the gymnasium and track with active adult supervision
LCCC/UP Alumni & Friends Association – Track access only
- Alumni and avid walkers are eligible for free Track access by registering with the LCCC/UP Alumni & Friends Association
- Friends = citizens interested in improving health and wellness through walking
- LCCC ID numbers are processed within two to five business days (if you have taken a credit or non-credit class at LCCC, call Records at 440-366-4067 to ask for your LCCC ID number)
- Present your LCCC ID number and Driver License to receive a Fitness ID card
Ohio Buckeye Card Holders – Track access only
- Buckeye card holders are eligible for free track access
- Present a Driver License at the Fitness Center Welcome Desk to receive a participation waiver form
- LCCC ID numbers are processed within two to five business days (if you have taken a credit or non-credit class at LCCC, call Records at 440-366-4067 to ask for your LCCC ID number)
- Present your LCCC ID number and Driver License to receive a Fitness ID card
Fitness Insurance Partnerships
SilverSneakers®

SilverSneakers® is the nation’s leading wellbeing fitness program designed exclusively for older adults 65 and older and is currently sponsored by Medicare health plans throughout the United States. Members can check their eligibility at the SilverSneakers® website, with their individual insurance company, or at the LCCC Fitness Center.
Prime®

Prime® is a program sponsored by health plans and employer groups for eligible members ages 18-64 and includes a fitness center membership. Check eligibility with your individual insurance company, the Prime® website, or the LCCC Fitness Center.
RenewActive™

RenewActive™ is a program designed for plan holders of eligible Medicare Advantage Plans insured by UnitedHealthCare Insurance Company in participating states. Members can check their eligibility with their health plan’s Customer Service department, at the Renew Active™ website, or at the LCCC Fitness Center.

Public Membership Information
Register for a fitness membership, complete a waiver form, and present your LCCC ID at the Fitness Center Welcome Desk. ID cards are printed at the Welcome Desk. You will need your LCCC ID number and a valid photo ID. If you need an LCCC ID number, one will be assigned.
Daily Guest Pass
- $5 cash (13+) for access to the Fitness Center, Field House, Track, and Gymnasium
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver form for all individuals under the age of 18
Youth Participation
- Access granted to LCCC credit students and faculty/staff dependents
- Access granted with the purchase of a daily guest pass or community membership
- 13 years of age and up can use the fitness center and recreation facilities without a parent or adult supervisor
- Ages 6 to 12 can use the Field House with active adult supervision
- Ages 10 to 12 can use the gymnasium and track with active adult supervision
- Parents and adult supervisors do not need to pay when only supervising (please pay when working out with child)
Free Fitness Center Orientations
The LCCC fitness center offers free orientations. Orientations include a personalized tour of the facilities/equipment based on the fitness goals of each member, demonstrations, and explanation of what members have available for their use (i.e., lockers, towels, etc.). Contact Sarah Kyser to schedule an appointment with a certified personal trainer.
