Spring 2020

January 4 – May 15

Monday

Hip-Hop Dance – 6 PM
This cardio class works every part of your body while you dance to hip-hop music.
Instructor: Norene Bohannon

 

Tuesday

Zumba – 5 PM
A blend of Latin and International music with routines that combine fast & slow rhythms to create a dynamic & energetic class that is modifiable for all fitness levels.
Instructor: Renee Crates

Line Dancing – 6 PM
Line dancing is a choreographed style of exercise which includes a variety of social and current dances. You will burn calories in a fun, energetic environment.
Instructor: Corliss Robinson

 

Wednesday

Gentle Yoga and Relaxation – 4:30 PM
Slow and soothing gentle style for all, including guided deep relaxation and meditation.
Instructor: Bethany Springer

 

Thursday

Restorative Yoga – 12:30 PM
Deeply relax as your body is completely supported in longer held yoga poses. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is relaxing in poses, without strain or pain, to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative Yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced.
Instructor: Renee Crates

Slow Flow Yoga – 6:30 PM
This slower pace allows you to connect mind and body, as you mindfully move through Asanas. A slower pace allows refinement of poses thru exploration of modifications, and encourages inward focus. Knowledge of basic yoga poses is helpful. This class is friendly to beginners and seasoned students.

Friday

Fitness for All – 9 AM
This class is a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class designed to invigorate an active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus on building upper body and core strength. This class is for all ages and fitness levels.

Saturday

Yoga – 10 AM
This All Level Flow class has faster sequencing and modifications for beginners to experienced yogis.
