Fall 2019

 

Monday

Total Body Toning – 7 p.m.

Gain strength and muscular endurance as we exercise the entire body using a fun mix of dumbbells, physio balls, body bars and more. Class will end with core and flexibility training.  All levels welcome!

Tuesday

Zumba – 5 p.m.

A blend of Latin and International music with routines that combine fast & slow rhythms to create a dynamic & energetic class that is modifiable for all fitness levels.
Instructor:  Renee Crates

 Line Dancing – 6 p.m.

Line dancing is a choreographed style of exercise which includes a variety of social and current dances.  You will burn calories in a fun, energetic environment.
Instructor:  Corliss Robinson

Yoga Mixed-Levels Flow 7 p.m.

This class is for both beginner and experienced yogis.  Focus on safe exploration of poses, as well as breath and meditation, are woven throughout the class for a perfect balance of effort and relaxation.

Wednesday

Barre – 4 p.m.

Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga to tone and define the whole body utilizing the barre/chair.  Barre is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and cardio.
Instructor:  Renee Crates 

Gentle Yoga and Relaxation – 5 p.m.

Slow and soothing gentle style for all, including guided deep relaxation and meditation.
Instructor: Bethany Springer

 

Friday

Restorative Yoga – 12:30 p.m. 

Deeply relax as your body is completely supported in longer held yoga poses. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative Yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced.

Saturday

Yoga – 10 a.m.

ALL LEVEL FLOW with cueing, sequencing and modifications for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
