This session involves resistance equipment and body weight exercises to incorporate all major muscles. The focus is to help you get back into shape and help you improve your fitness and well-being.

Tuesday Line Dancing
Line dancing is a choreographed style of exercise which includes a variety of social and current dances. You will burn calories in a fun, energetic environment.

Slow Flow Yoga
This slower pace allows you to connect mind and body, as you mindfully move through Asanas. A slower pace allows refinement of poses thru exploration of modifications, and encourages inward focus. This class is friendly to beginners and seasoned students.

Beginner Yoga Workshop
Are you interested in yoga but don’t know where to start? This class will blend movement and information on topics such as basic postures, modifications for all postures, and show the importance of breath work.
