Fitness Testing

Fitness testing assists with setting realistic fitness goals, identifying weight management goals, and providing a true picture of one’s fitness level. The five components of fitness that will be tested include the following:

  • Cardio-respiratory endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition via skinfold calipers

Fitness testing sessions expire at the end of the semester in which they were purchased.  There will be no refunds.
