Fitness Testing

Fitness testing assists with setting realistic fitness goals, identifying weight management goals, and providing a true picture of one’s fitness level. The five components of fitness that will be tested include the following:

  • Cardio-respiratory endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition via skinfold calipers

NHLH 108 DE01: 1 assessment ($35)
NHLH 108 DE02: 2 assessments ($70)
NHLH 108 DE03: 3 assessments ($100)
