The MyHealth Coach program is designed for individuals seeking guidance with the following:
- Physical activity
- Stress management
- Weight loss
- Improving one’s personal and family relationships
- Strengthening one’s personal foundation
MyHealth Coach sessions are administered by a Cooper Institute Trained Coaching Healthy Behaviors Wellness Coach (CHB).
