The MyHealth Coach program is designed for individuals seeking guidance with the following:

  • Stress management
  • Weight loss
  • Improving one’s personal and family relationships
  • Strengthening one’s personal foundation

MyHealth Coach sessions are administered by a Cooper Institute Trained Coaching Healthy Behaviors Wellness Coach (CHB).
