Tuesdays Yoga Candlelight Mixed-Levels Flow
Beginners to experienced students will do poses focusing on alignment, focus point and breath. The low-to-medium paced vinyasa-infused flow takes place in a candlelit room and ends with an essential oil shoulder massage om savasana (resting pose).

Beginners-Level Yoga Flow Class, in a slow vinyasa-infused flow where you are aware of the movement, alignment, focus-point and breath. Practice ends with an essential oil shoulder massage in savasana (resting pose).

A blend of Latin and International music with routines that combine fast & slow rhythms to create a dynamic & energetic class that is modifiable for all fitness levels

Slow and soothing gentle style for all-guided relaxation and meditation

Tai Chi is a martial art based on internal energy with fluid, gentle movements for improving balance, circulation and strength. The mind body connection provides a way to relax through your motions. No special equipment or prerequisites required. All ages and skill levels welcome!
