Lorain County Community College’s personal trainers assist individuals in the process of starting and maintaining an exercise program and healthy lifestyle. The trainers design specific programs for a variety of individuals including adults, those with special needs, and professional athletes. Specific goals in a program design could include weight loss, increased stamina, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, energy, as well as guidance in goal setting and help with motivation.

Our certified and degreed personal trainers research each client’s needs and assemble tailor-made workout programs specific to their goals. The trainers monitor individual progress throughout each safe and effective program. In some cases, a physician’s approval may be required to begin a program.

For more information about how you can start a new and exciting workout program, and to make an appointment with a personal trainer, email Kathryn Orantek at korantek@lorainccc.edu. You may also call the HPER Program office at (440) 366-4028.
