Regalia

QUESTION: Where do I get my regalia?

You can pre-order your regalia here. Store pickup is available in Commodore Books and More during normal store hours (Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). University Partnership graduates will be contacted when their regalia is available.

Stage Crossing

QUESTION: What time is the stage crossing?

There are three stage crossing events on Saturday, May 15 at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Each crossing will last no longer than one hour. Graduates who have registered to participate will receive an email from Marching Order to their LCCC student e-mail account that contains their assigned times and information to access guest tickets starting on Monday, May 10.

QUESTION: How many guests can I invite?

Each graduate may invite two guests who will need to show tickets for entry. The only exception will be for children ages 2 and under who can sit on the lap of another guest.

QUESTION: Where will my guests and I sit?

Graduates will be seated with their guests for the stage crossing. The field house will be set up with chairs in groups of three. Your guests will be allowed to stand near the front of the stage for a photo.

QUESTION: What will happen at the stage crossing?

Guests and graduates will sit together and graduates will be called up one row at a time to cross the stage. Once graduates cross the stage, they may exit the Field House with their family.

QUESTION: How will I get my graduate photo?

LCCC will have photographers on site to take photos of each graduate crossing the stage. You will receive an email from commencement@lorainccc.edu about a week after the ceremony with instructions on how to download your images.

QUESTION: Can I change who is attending the stage crossing?

Yes. You can resubmit your form by logging into your Marching Order account at http://lorainccc.marchingorder.com/.

QUESTION: What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

All graduates and guests will be required to wear a mask at all times on campus, including when the graduate crosses the stage. Seating will be in pods of three (the graduate and two guests) and socially distanced from other families. Social distancing will be required to be maintained while on campus.

QUESTION: What time should I arrive?

Graduates and guests should arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled stage crossing. Graduates and guests arriving earlier may not be permitted entry to the Field House. The graduate and guests should enter the facility together as they will be seated together in the venue.

QUESTION: I want to bring my children with me. Do they need tickets?

Any child over the age of 2 years old will need a ticket for entry.

QUESTION: Are extra tickets available?

Due to COVID-19 protocols requiring us to limit attendance for the health and safety of our graduates and our community we are only able to accommodate two tickets per graduate. Seating will be in pods of three and each graduate will sit with their two guests.

QUESTION: Will handicap seating be available?

Yes. The entire Field House is located on a single level with no steps required. Because of social distancing, there is plenty of space to accommodate a wheelchair or walker in your seating pod. Please let an usher know upon arrival to campus if you or your guest requires assistance.
