Part-time Lab Instructional Assistant (Nursing)

The Lab Instructional Assistant, reporting to the Dean of Allied Health and Nursing, Health, Physical Education and Recreation will supervise students practicing in the nursing skills lab and teach classes as needed.

Required Qualifications:  BSN with two years of clinical experience.

Arts & Humanities Division

Part-time Telecommunications Laboratory Instructional Assistant (LIA)

Reporting to the Dean of Arts & Humanities, the LIA provides instructional assistance in technical aspects of video production: camera work, control room functions, editing and post production. The incumbent maintains inventory of video equipment, is familiar with current digital TV equipment and practice, FinalcutPro editing, has excellent communication and instructional skills, and possesses the ability to work in a team environment. This position is daytime, 10-20 hour per week.

Qualifications: Qualifications include an A.A. BA, or BS; familiarity with state-of-the-art TV equipment and practice; and the ability to guide and assist students.

Minimum Hourly Rate: $15.16
