Our talent pools are reviewed and evaluated by screening members working in conjunction with Human Resources and the hiring manager.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by LCCC to schedule a time. The interview process may vary based on the position and needs of the department.
- Offer and Onboarding
Once the interview process has concluded, an electronic offer (eOffer) will be extended. Once you accept the offer, the onboarding process will commence.
