Computer & Digital Forensics One-Year Certificate
Crime has a new face. No longer the masked man sneaking into a building, the modern criminal uses computers, networks, and technology to do his deeds. As a result, the new counter-criminal is a digital forensic expert who can prevent digital breaches, trace the steps of criminals across systems, and recover data.
With this one-year certificate, you’ll gain the skills to be that forensic “good guy.” You’ll learn about the design, application, installation, operation, and maintenance of computers, networks, and other digital devices. In addition, you’ll get hands-on training in digital forensics and data recovery tools and practices. Typical job titles for those with this certificate include computer/digital forensic examiner, computer systems specialist, cybercrime specialist, installation technician, and applications specialist.
