IT support is one of the fastest-growing fields in the United States with a median salary of about $52,000 per year.
In the Northeast Ohio region, there were more than 5,000 people employed in IT support positions over the past year. Additionally, the number of IT support jobs in the region are expected to increase by at least 3 percent over the next five years, according to EMSI labor market analysis. With an IT Support Professional Certificate, you will be well positioned to compete for entry-level positions in the field.
