Lorain County Community College and HHW Ohio will offer a free two-week course for women exploring new careers called WISE (Women in Sustainable Employment) Pathways. 

WISE Pathways is a career exploration course designed for women to explore non-traditional, in-demand jobs in the energy, utilities, public safety, construction and manufacturing, advanced industries, and other skilled careers.

The free two-week program will be held July 25 through August 5 at the LCCC Wellington Center at 151 Commerce Drive, Wellington.

Those interested in the program may attend an information session at 4 p.m., July 12 at the LCCC Wellington Center. The session will cover how to register for the course, dates and locations, and what you can expect to learn from the program.

HHW (formerly called Hard Hatted Women) aims to help women pursue careers in high demand, high wage professions, and achieve their highest aspirations in their careers and as community leaders making Ohio more economically competitive.
