Lorain County Community College will hold an Environmental Studies Career Exploration Luncheon for those interested in the Hiram College bachelor of arts in environmental studies degree offered on LCCC’s campus through the University Partnership. The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2 at Sandy Ridge Reservation’s Johnson Wetland Center.

Alumni in the field from different areas, including environmental consulting, environmental policy/law/regulation and waste management, will speak. Guests will also learn how the partnership works and how to get started.

LCCC is the first community college in Ohio to have a University Partnership program, where students can select from over 50 different associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees all offered by leading universities, with classes held on the LCCC campus.
