Lorain County Community College will hold a Hispanic Heritage Month event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25 in the College Center Commons. Special guests will hold workshops and remarks will be made from LCCC District Board of Trustees Member, Margarita Quinones, along with the Ohio Latino Affairs Commission Members: Mary Santiago, Lilleana “Lilly” Cavanaugh and Lair Marin-Marcum.
The event is free and open to the public.
The event will also include a dance performance, live band, sawdust and sand carpet artist, mask making workshop, appearance actor and alumnus Kenny Santiago-Marrero and free food and giveaways.
