The Lorain County Community College Arts and Humanities division’s Civic Orchestra will hold a performance at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 in the Stocker Arts Center Hoke Theatre.

Robert Beckstrom will conduct Carl Maria von Weber’s Turandot Overture and March, J. 75 and Paul Hindemith’s Symphonic Metamorphosis (1943). Brenda Pongrancz, Ph.D., dean of the Arts and Humanities division, will be featured as a soprano soloist, singing Voi, che sapete and Deh vieni non tardar from W. A. Mozart, Le Nozze di Figaro and O mio babbino caro from Giacomo Puccini, Gianni Schicchi

For tickets, call the Stocker Arts Center Box Office at (440) 366-4040. General admission is $9 for adults. Tickets for LCCC students, staff, children and seniors 65+ tickets are $8. Tickets are $7 for groups of 15 or more.
