Lorain County Community College’s Stocker Arts Center will host Jeff Varga’s Double CD Release concert at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 in the Cirigliano Studio Theatre.

Join the singer, songwriter and performer with special musical guests for an evening of original material from two new releases, “One More Hour” and “Leftovers From Tomorrow.” Varga started making music as a Beatle’s-loving 16-year-old, too young to play Cleveland clubs without a chaperone. After high school, he moved to New York City to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts as an actor and started playing open mics and coffee houses in the East Village. After many adventures, Jeff returned home and currently performs on Cleveland-area stages and also does multi-state tours. He scored and performed the theme song for the award winning short film out of Los Angeles, “Burnt.”

Tickets for Studio Session events are $20 each or $10 for LCCC students with a valid ID, youth 18 and under, and active duty military with valid ID. Subscriptions are also available for this series. Tickets are available by calling the Stocker Box Office at (440) 366-4040 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 90 minutes before curtain time.
