Sexual Misconduct

LCCC is committed to a consistent effort in maintaining an environment free of sexual misconduct and all forms of sexual intimidation and exploitation. In its goal to create an environment for all students, employees and visitors which is fair and free of coercion, the College has adopted a sexual harassment policy with accompanying procedures as the basis for community education and complaint resolution.

Sexual harassment cannot and will not be tolerated at LCCC. Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination in violation of College policy and Title VII of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended), Title IX of the 1972 Educational Amendments and Section 4112 of the Ohio Revised Code.
