Two-time GRAMMY award winning Terrance Simien and his skilled band mates perform this educational music program. Centered on the Creole culture of Louisiana and the indigenous zydeco music of the French speaking Creoles, this program has helped to inform student, youth and family audiences all over the world about black American roots music. Created in 2000, Creole for Kidz and the History of Zydeco is an innovative, high-quality, fun multicultural learning experience.
