Within the intimate space of the Studio Theatre, Helen Welch will shine the spotlight on the accomplishments of songwriters who have provided us with the words and music that form the soundtrack of our lives including such luminaries as Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Carole King, Bill Withers, Jimmy Webb, Paul Simon and many more! Internationally acclaimed vocalist, entertainer and producer Helen Welch brings her incredible team of musicians to Stocker Arts Center to honor those songwriters whose work represents a spectrum of the most beloved songs from the worlds’ popular music songbook.  With their own unique style of pop, blues and jazz this much loved quartet will celebrate the legacy and work of some of the great songwriters who made their mark in the ’50s, ’60s, ’70s and ’80s. Songs include “Both Sides Now,” “Wichita Lineman,” “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” “Fire and Rain,” “Stand By Me,” “Just the Two of Us,” “Hit the Road Jack!” and many more!
