Opportunity, Community, Unity
Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Our country pauses to pay tribute to the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
An extraordinary activist and civil rights leader, Dr. King dedicated his life to serve others. At Lorain County Community College, we are the community’s college and hold steadfast to our mission to deliver high quality education to all. We honor the life and mission of Dr. King by fostering equity, social justice and unity on our campus and in the community.
There remains much work to be done to achieve Dr. King’s vision. However, through service and collaboration, great things may be achieved. Together, we can create a more just and equitable world.
LCCC is closed Monday, January 17 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
